It is packed from front to back with useful information, engaging human stories, and commonsense advice that kept me moving easily and eagerly from one topic to another. I hope I can put these steps into action. If you have been in a relationship with a narcissist, you don't realize how hard it is on you mentally. This book is a good place to start so that you realize you're not crazy.
