If your order is for Raised beds or Ponds it will be delivered by Tuffnells carriers and they do not require a signature for the delivery. They will leave your order in a safe place and put a note in your door telling you where it is typically down the side of the house or around the back. All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company. What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered? Contact our office on and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods free of charge.
