Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date. The driver will not leave the parcel without a signature however they can leave your parcel with a neighbour if instructed to do so in our notes section at the checkout stage on the website.
If your order is for Raised beds or Ponds it will be delivered by Tuffnells carriers and they do not require a signature for the delivery. They will leave your order in a safe place and put a note in your door telling you where it is typically down the side of the house or around the back. All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery.
