Please try again later. I purchased this book for a "Small Animal Medicine" class for the Veterinary Technician program I am enrolled in, and am so happy I did! The book covers canines, felines and exotic animal anatomy, physiology in brief but useful review , diseases clinical signs, diagnostics, and treatment. The information is presented in a very clear manner. The information and images allow the reader to get the full picture of the organ, disease, diagnostics and treatment. At the end of each chapter, there is a quiz which will really make you think!

Attached are pictures from the book.

First is the anatomy overview of the Musculoskeletal System, then a section on a disease and finally two review questions. I highly recommend this book as it has helped me as a new vet tech. In my class, more experienced vet techs learned just as much from the book as I did. I recently purchased this book with the impression that I would have access to the pageburst ebook version and I did not receive it. This product details shouldn't contain it if it is not provided!

It also states it in the book that it includes page burst but there was no access code. Nor does it say that the access code is not included with the purchase of the book. Am I missing something?

At least compared to other textbooks this one is lighter on the brain. Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. A required book for both my Small Animal Disease classes. Not a very detailed text, but a good base knowledge. I got the kindle version for its ease of use, only to realise it does not contain page numbers Frustrating, but not a deal breaker.

Use this book in my animal disease class. It is well organized and has the most important information about the disease.
