This book hit home for me in a way that no other rainmaking book on the market has. It is written from the perspective of a female lawyer who has made partner based on one big client on one big matter which will not continue and she is searching for ways to become a superstar lawyer.

The dialogue format is entertaining and the scenarios she faces of being pulled in all directions and struggling to keep focus and are too familiar to women attorneys trying to "have it all.
