We must integrate our shadow selves to become whole. That's the way back to source. I love what the author said at the end of the book, if you look to ascend you won't, it you live and love life, you will automatically, and maybe that's the answer. Love life and be in the moment. I'm sure there are book out there that can tell you the same things as this one, but with The Prism of Lyra, you can take your medicine with a spoonful of sugar and enjoy it.
Today I have just finished reading this book. Everyone sensitive and aware of the huge transition, we humanity are going through, should read this guide. It is a wonderful overview. This book is a simply written profound statement of the genesis and importance of humanity in the big big picture.
I am glad I was reintroduced to this material now, because 25 years of research and inner work across a large spectrum of consciousness have drawn together all my insights in a way that awakens a deep sense of wellbeing in me. My recommendation is to just read through the book don't succumb to casting it aside until you finish it. Then sit and just play with your reactions feel them in your body; listen to your intuition, then make a determination that meets your needs.
