BUT the recipes are very time consuming. The book tells you that you can eat out, but does not give very clear guidelines. I think it is much too time consuming a program to follow, and I wish I had know over half of the book was recipes, not ideas and guidelines like I was looking for. Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. Didn't work for me. This is the most common-sense diet I have ever read.

Reality Diet Basics

The key to this diet is simple and straight-forward. Eat smaller servings, exercise daily, don't eat between meals, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and finally and this is the key to the whole diet all carbs should contain at least 2 grams of fiber per 90 calories.
