As much as I admire Clayton Moore, this came across as another[abet very good] western serial. I really like this one, mainly because of the unusual Jesse James character.
With Clayton Moore playing Jesse, and solid folks like Linda Stirling as the heroine, and Tristram Coffin and Roy Barcroft as the villains, it is top of the line despite the stock footage and occasional low-budget trappings.
