After years of Chris Grant putting duplicate skill sets around Kyrie, Griff assured Kyrie that he was going to actually build complimentary pieces around him. Gordon Haywood was going to be the first target. Barely an hour into free agency, word came out that Kyrie Irving was staying in Cleveland. He signed a max contract to stay for the maximum number of years. The Great World War is over. Prohibition is now the law of the land. And the Wild West has long ago vanished. Now, the beautiful young woman with the haunted past has returned home to the same house where her father brutally murdered her mother , hoping to lead something resembling a normal life. But the news media is unwilling to leave her to it. She agrees to do The film is entitled Legacy, and as the closing credits rolled, I rushed back to my original review to see if my thoughts at the time still held true. I am happy to report they do.

My words at the time: The movie is at once beautifully filmed, smartly directed, and certainly well acted.

And the writing is very clever. But two things stand out above all else. Firstly, it is scary. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. There are moments of much needed comic relief that work on every level. The ending threw me for such a loop. I never saw it coming. Meazumi known for her work on the daytime drama series "Passions" and Golomb play sisters who are at once beautiful and alternately disarming and vague throughout.

Irving showed his distaste for playing second fiddle to an all-time great in James, leaving his mentoring as soon as he could after the recent finals. This incredible start is after their second best player Gordon Hayward suffered a season ending leg injury. But another important factor is that Irving is happy. He is handling the ball more than the previous three seasons in Cleveland and is showing more commitment on the defensive side of the court as he is currently seventh in the league in defensive win shares at 0.

Irving is a player who can lead a team to victory and the Celtics are basking in his glory in the early weeks of the season. It seems these days the only thing stopping the Celtics would be themselves. This coupled with the already injured Hayward out for the season shows that the Celtics are going to need to rely more on their superstar through these times and it looks like he is up for the challenge.
