All those fears and hurts, pain, and past issues, as they come up, you deal with them, you clear them. That is why you're here, that is your purpose during this phase and no you don't get to say, Yeah this isn't fun anymore, I think I'm done. The universe will not allow it. You are in it, you find a way to get through it. In many ways, this is the most difficult time and you're best to hold on, seek god, and ride it through. You can't make choices for your twin, but you do make them for yourself. In the end of my relationship, my twin chose his fears over us, in the end I chose god, myself and a higher purpose over him.

Union is not easy. I have to live my life out in my own truth that I am separated from my twin, but that while I was in that relationship, it did everything it was supposed to and that's in large part to how I responded to it and how I navigated it.

This is why I say, be aware. Be aware of what is happening. You and this other person may be two halves of the same soul, but that does not give them the right to treat you with anything less than dignity and respect. That being said, do your own inventory of how you're being with your twin. Has this become all about you and what you want? I would remind you to treat your twin with the same dignity and respect you want to be treated with. You cannot force reunion and furthermore, the mirror does work both ways.

Remember that your twin is in pain as well as you at this point. Their stuff is coming up as much as yours is. That's not to say you should bend over backwards to let them be in less pain, it's simply important to acknowledge that you are both going through something very difficult. Too often we get entirely self absorbed and just think that if our twins would give in, everything would be fine.

We put the blame of conflict entirely on them, their fears, their unwillingness to do it our way when what we should be doing is looking inward and upward, loving them in the purest sense of the word, while we love god and ourselves. The other big point - Being a twin flame to someone does not give you rights to abuse or otherwise victimize a person and we always have the right, the ability, and the responsibility to say, "No, you cannot treat me like this. I feel very strongly that too many of us act in fear of "losing" this other person and give them far more leeway than we ever would anyone else.

I believe what we are doing in this phase is nothing more than enabling these people, these ones we say we love so dearly, to never grow, to never have their dark night of the soul, to never find their awakening that would lead them back to us in full reunion. You are not serving your twin by being a doormat to them. I cannot express this strongly enough. This is the stage that gets ugly because we too often get it into our heads that all that has to happen for this to work. We start to believe that our twins are merely under some kind of spell, we feel them pulling away, we know we are losing them.

Often times they have stopped seeing us, but have kept an online channel open. It is here where we do the things we will most regret on the other side. This is where we are in danger of losing our dignity. There is nothing you can do at this point, but surrender and trust there is a bigger plan at play. In my experience and countless consultations, separation does seem to be inevitable. I'm not telling you to give up I'm telling you to surrender to that which you know is greater than you. There is a huge difference there.

The truth is there is not a twin flame couple I know of who isn't in, or hasn't gone through, separation. Separation has purpose all it's own and we'll get to that next, but for this stage, when you feel that desperate, you are about to lose the most wonderful thing you've ever known feeling, I would beg you to have faith, accept what is happening, and trust there is a bigger plan at work here. That will probably be the hardest thing you will ever have to do in your life, but if you can manage it, it will make all the difference in the world for how quickly you will regain your life afterwards.

Inevitably every twin flame couple comes to this stage. I have never heard of one that doesn't. More often than not, there is a tearing apart, unbearable pain, a reunion that doesn't work and we repeat. One word of caution here, I know of twins who go back and forth in this separation phase for decades. I do not see the point to this. This kind of coming together, breaking apart damages the soul the way the wave erodes the shore. One of the things you simply must do when you are in separation, is give some serious thought to what this relationship needs to be in order for you to accept it back into your life.

You have the right to say no to this person if they come back and their presence will be detrimental to your life. True reunion is supposed to be a thing of beauty and it takes a lot of damn hard work to be ready for that. If you've become that person and they haven't, then send them back out, they have more work to be done. If they are not serving your highest good, if they have come back out of some lower energy need for control or co-dependency, I would beg you to stop that cycle immediately. I hear all the time, he can't keep away from me, it's the twin flame connection.

I would dare say it's not the twin flame connection as much as it's the fact you allow them to get away with crap no one else will, therefore they are comfortable with you. They know you always welcome them back no matter what they do. They love that they never have to change, you accept them for exactly who they are. I see a frightening trend beginning where groups of people, mostly women, are all commiserating over these unhealthy painful relationships they are in, justifying every behavior with, "Well, he's my twin, you know how it is. You'll get through it. We are acting crazy here. This is not how it is to be.

These relationships are supposed to light up the world, if yours isn't, then take a long hard look at what's really going on and make a stand for yourself and for what the relationship truly can become. Your twin flame journey is here to serve you and serve the planet, if it is not, then something must change.

Do not let it drag you around like you've fallen from a merry-go-round and your clothing has stuck on the horse. You have power and control in this, and every situation in your life. You do what you must to be strong, to be whole, to be well. Do not fall into this pattern of together-apart and let it tear your soul to pieces. Once you have experienced the first separation, it is time to start doing your own work. It is time to start processing everything you've been through and most importantly, it's time to decide what you need from this relationship and what you will and will not accept.

Because in most cases, this person does come back, but if you are just glad to have them back and think your connection is going to work everything out magically, I'd ask you to go back to the top and read these stages again. Even if it means they leave again, you need to do what's right by god, for yourself, and for the whole of this relationship. Autenthic twins will find 7 at the end of 5.

Others will find 7 at the end of 6, and some never find 7 at all and that, in my opinion, is an absolute tragedy At some point we all get sick to death of the whole mess and we wish we'd never heard the term twin flame. It is a gift in truth because no one can withstand that kind of intensity for endless amounts of time. We need a time to step back and assess what's just happened. We need to ask ourselves all the hard questions, honestly dig through wounds that were opened, what you learned, deal with your anger and disappointment and become the creature this relationship came into your life to reveal.

At this point in the game we feel stupid. We feel like we gave our hearts in the biggest way imaginable and were rejected. We may feel like we were played and lied to, but I would offer up that in the case of a true twin flame experience, your other half went through the wringer ever bit as much as you did, they just handled it differently, internalized it differently and were probably quieter about it. Keeping much of their fears and emotion to themselves, but don't dismiss their pain, because they felt it too. Do not spend the next three months looking for loopholes and ways to wiggle out of all you felt and experienced.

Maybe they weren't your twin, but you better be sure before you start flying that banner. Because your truth will surface and if it's that they ARE indeed your twin, then you'll have to go through it all over again because rather than dealing with it and evolving, you buried it and hid in denial. I've recently surrendered and realized that my twin was gone But I know in my soul that if there's one person in this world that I'd want to spend countless lifetimes with and eternity with, if I had to choose, it would be him. This happens good and bad. Because at the end of the day, you are blessed by this experience.

Love to you all, today and always ". You must accept that this relationship will be like no other. We do not physically select our twin flame. Instead, our twin flame is born at the beginning of the journey when the souls split. The process of reuniting begins when it is time to do so on the spiritual plane, which may not always be the best of timing on the physical plane.

A twin flame reunion usually begins with a chance meeting between the two souls. Often, that meeting will occur due to a shared passion. The relationship then takes off at a faster than normal pace, with both parties becoming closer to the other quickly. Issue 2 Everything is so intense! The twin flame relationship is the deepest, most intense connection there is. It often does not initially make sense on the physical plane. It is not a purely emotional connection either, but a connection on the spiritual or astral plane between 2 souls.

Expect certain things to not make sense on the physical plane. By now, you are probably wondering how to deal with the confusion. There are a few ways to handle this:. One of the things that make the twin flame relationship unique is that there can be nothing between you. If a situation does come in between you, blocking that closeness, the universe will begin to pull the twin souls together. The answer may surprise you and open the door to further growth. This is a common misconception born out of fear. It is false, because you already are everything your twin needs you to be. It is all inside you, and situations with your twin are designed to bring it out. You may need to remind yourself that your twin sees the whole you, and may sense parts of you that your conscious mind is unaware of.

In these instances, you must learn to trust your twin and the relationship. Remember that everything happens for a reason and explore the connection with that in mind. You may also be fearful of making a mistake, causing pain to yourself and your twin. Expect that you will make mistakes. This may not be your first relationship, but as far as twin flame relationships go, both of you are rookies.

If you make a mistake and cause damage, remember that all damage can be repaired. So you pulled away? The other piece to all this is unconditional love. Every loving relationship, be it family, friends, enemies, or even romance, is preparing you to deal with your twin flame. If you have met your twin flame, you are ready.

Do not focus on what others have to say, for in this relationship, the only importance is on the two twin flames. If one twin loses their way, pull them back in. The end reward, unconditional love, is worth it. It doesn't sound like fun I know. Yes there will be tears, anger, sadness, disappointment and feelings of rejection and abandonment all coming up to be recognised, loved and released. No it won't be easy. There will be times when it all feels like just too much and you will want to throw in the towel and crawl back into your cave. But recognise how far you have come in realising that the shadow must be faced. For so long, many of us have been running from ourselves because we never realised that we HAVE to face our pain in order to come into the light of peace and happiness within ourselves.

We have to free the love that we have locked inside of ourselves. Most people genuinely believe that if they just keep running from it long enough then eventually they will escape all the pain and be rid of it. They aren't running from you to hurt you, they are running from themselves because they have been taught by society that this is the best and most effective way to escape their pain.

They've not been shown any other way so they are learning it from scratch. Be the one to delve deeply into your shadow. Once you shine light on it, it will turn to light. Yes, you feel like a moth to a flame, you are scared of getting burned, of being destroyed by the fire. But it is that very flame of love that kills the ego and illusions.

It's painful yes because we have become comfortable in our state of repression, but we cannot transform into light if we don't burn away the dark veils that stand in the way of love's free expression. The phoenix cannot be reborn if there is no fire. Love is hot and fiery, full of energy, lights the way, warms us from the cold. Twin flames are the greatest fire, burning brightly with love, holding up the torch so we can see ourselves in the dark. Often this is the first time we have truly seen ourselves.

Who is this stranger in the shadows? We've been blind to ourselves. Deep down we always knew we were there but we couldn't see ourselves. Now that we can see ourselves it feels strange and uncomfortable, like seeing an alien or a blind man seeing for the first time. What are all these scary shapes and features I have never seen before? Can I go back to being blind because I'm not sure if I like seeing myself. At first we are scared to be burned, but ultimately, like the proverbial moth, we know we must fly into the flame to be reborn. It will take time to get to know ourselves all over again in this new light.

It will take time to learn to love the new and strange image we see before ourselves in the mirror. When others are walking around in the dark, we are afraid of them seeing us in the light, of seeing us clearly in case they judge us. They are comfortable in their own darkness, they don't like change, they fear it too, so they try to stop you.

They are not yet ready themselves to be the light so they reject those in the light, judging them as a projection of their own self-judgement of not being ready to be true themselves. But lightbearers always lead the way. Once they get their footing by walking the path through clarity of sight they will be the pioneers, the leaders who help the others who see the flickering flame in the pitch black and are drawn to it. Do not fret that your eyes are not yet quite adjusted to the new dawn. You are exiting the cave into a new world and of course it is natural to be cautious until you get your bearings.

All twin flames go through this. Try not to judge and blame if your twin flame seems to be hesitant for it's the same as expecting a miner who's been stuck underground for decades to suddenly be able to open their eyes wide to the bright sunshine as they ascend to the surface. They are coming up from a prison underground. They will be tired, covered in soot, hungry, overwhelmed, malnourished, starved of love and light.

It takes time to settle into a new beginning, to be able to open our eyes and see clearly, to embrace the light of the sunrise. They need your help, your unconditional love, your hand to hold and your guidance. You were once the one who stepped out of that mine. Someone helped you out of it, now return the favour with the one you love, your Eternal Beloved. My guides want me to say that sometimes the twin who appears to be the one waiting also has more shadow work to do. Sometimes we are guilty of thinking we've brought everything into light, but there is always more room for light to be shone on the deepest shadows that are revealed in divine timing.

The separation stage

Yes sure, the connection between twin flames is made in heaven and goes beyond everything we imagined. Yet, the tasks we have to master in this process are down to earth wounds we suffered and need to heal in order to be one with ourselves again. Your buttons are pushed like never before. She writes about the fact that every soul is born, to work on different wounds of the soul in order to find back to ones true self. Since this is no easy task, it takes a really mature soul to face the wounds and heal them.

You can see it easily when you look around our world today. Most people are hiding behind masks and create themselves a life with over-consuming or other replacement-pleasures, just to hide from the pain they once suffered. Their ego has taken control, in order to secure them from their wounds. Only the strong and mature souls begin to recognize the senseless game the ego is playing.

They begin to wake up and face the pain which separates them from their true self. For the exceptionally brave souls, destiny holds a special gift in store. It is orchestrated, that the soul meets his own self in the real world. This part is called twin flame. Originally, twin flames are one soul which divided into two, in order to make different experiences in different lifes.

When they are ready, they meet each other in one of their last lifes, to support each other remembering their true self. Traditionally one of them is more an emotional person, who knows how to deal with the female power, but often has problems with letting go. The other part is more a mind driven person, who can function perfectly in the male energy, but has a problem dealing with emotions. The goal for both is to integrate the missing part in themselves.

An unstoppable process is ignited when they meet for the first time! A relationship between twin flames is only possible, when both parts are healed and have integrated their missing parts within themselves. So, what are the wounds of the soul about? The famous author Lise Bourbeau differentiates 5 wounds the soul has suffered, with one mask for each wound, we wear to hide the wound. It is fascinating that some wounds are typical for the chaser and some are typical for the runner.

Wound of betrayal- mask of control Wound of humiliation- mask of compliance Wound of injustice- mask of rigidity. When it comes to the wound of rejection, the person concerned is questioning his right to exist. The pain is so huge, the person creates himself the mask of escape. He tends to withdraw from situations he could be rejected by escaping activly or by pulling out of reality for example by daydreaming. People who suffer under this wound, tend to not be able to defend or take their place and have very low borders.

They often loose a lot of energy, because they tend to melt with others. When it comes to the wound of abandonment, the person concerned has had experiences, in which he felt left alone or abandoned. The wound is so deep, the people suffering from it, immediately create the mask of dependence. People with this wound tend to please others all the time and make themselves dependent from others, just to not be abandoned. They also tend to melt with others and loose a lot of energy along the way.

Often, they even take humiliation, to the point where they give up themselves. When it comes to the wound of betrayal, the person concerned has had experiences where he felt betrayed or left behind. People with this deep wound soon create the mask of control, trying to hide the wound. People who suffer from this wound tend to live only in their mind and try to control everything, also their feelings. When you deal with people suffering from this wound, you will have a hard time standing your ground. These people literally built up walls around their emotional world.

Because of this wound, he has built up massive walls. It takes a person, which means so much to him, he is forced to face his emotions and let go of the control. Now he feels he is loosing control and has to face his emotions. When it comes to the wound of humiliation, the person concerned has had experiences where he felt degraded, humiliated and ashamed.

Soon the mask of compliance is created to hide from the wound. The people suffering from this wound also want to control everything, just to avoid a possible humiliation. They tend to play the mother for others, not necessarily because of love, but to make themselves valuable for others and also have the control. When it comes to the wound of injustice, the person concerned has had experiences where he felt deeply mistreeted. He has the feeling not to be respected or not to get what he deserves.

The mask he creates is the mask of rigidity. He tends to be stiff, is not easy to talk to and controls his emotions.

Because the love is so strong, he will face the wound, when he feels your borders. This, then when in Androgynous form…. At one stage in the evolution of intelligent life, and thus the evolution of what one can term a human-like form, a lot of souls, wanted to experience life, in the more male aspect of form and female aspects of form.

Thus a certain number of souls, volunteered to take on a solely male form to experience the more masculine side of life and its other half the more female side of life….. The Divine Source itself has got two definite sides: Creation was birthed in the first act of the coming together of these two and from the seed planted within the womb of the Divine Mother, all other life forms were created….. They have no other form, and in this Androgynous form they express BOTH, yet sometimes this then in a more masculine form, like Archangel Michael, or more feminine form, like Archangel Gabriel….

The other life-forms, and with it the human, and those of myriads of galaxies and star systems, decided to take on a distinct masculine form and distinct feminine form. Yet, now, one is talking of extremely potent and high energies….. Most of these stemmed from the Angelic and Archangelic Realms and those who vibrate at that frequency. This is something that few people realize…. Within your soul group, you might not HAVE these souls, as they immediately took on the form of either masculine or feminine expressions of the Divine the younger souls do qualify here.

They are distinct in that these souls emit a very high frequency light and thus, when these two merge, in sexual union and sacred sexual rites are performed ; they then emit immensely powerful rays, which have tremendous power…. Now, I know that this is confusing…. There are a lot of things involved here… not only the fact that the twins emit such vast frequency light, but it had to be done within a certain environment and with the aid of certain structures and tools…… My books have more details …. However, during the great fall into oblivion that this planet has experienced on numerous occasions Elysium, Lemuria, Atlantis, etc.

They now started to take on distinctive male and female forms in the incarnations, and seemed to repeat the same patterns time and again… In this process the twin became separated from his or her other half and thus has felt rather incomplete at some deep soul level…. At this moment in the history of time a few hundred of these Illuminated Twin Flames have incarnated, for them more than the other twins have loaded a lot of karma onto themselves.

Their challenge in this life is to find each other again, and then to work towards balance and equilibrium so that their energies can be reunited again… and then to use these eventually in the way manner… so heal planet earth and the Web of Light…. What normally strikes people about these two is how much ALIKE they are… they might look alike and act in ways that mirror each other…. Yet, on the other side of coin, they are total opposites and it will show… One will love the limelight and the other shuns it… One will love money and the other not really be bothered… One with love travelling and one likes to have a nice home base….

When the opposites appear they seem almost as TOTAL opposites and it is here that these two are most challenged to find the ultimate union. The sexual energy between these two is so potent, that it seems like a vast flame of tremendous energy between them…. Yet, this energy has to be tempered by unconditional love and acceptance and giving each other the freedom to BE…. When one is more than the other, the scales tip too much to the one side and not the other… So they will have a tug-of-war until they reach balance point one more….

Once union has been reached and the flame becomes almost consuming… then they will move away from each other again, so they need to give each other space…. Then the magnetism will pull them back to centre point once more and with this then the same total and utter passionate flame…. These two can never be apart… even if one is on the other end of the world… their souls are so intertwined that they constantly aware of the other…. And their attraction is such that they will always come together, almost in spite of themselves….

So woe to anyone who tries to get between these two… for they will get burnt…. It is not that they consciously seek this…. Often they irritate each other so much that need space to cool down… or simply to find the space within themselves, where they realize their love for the other is such, that no matter how much the other pushes his or her buttons, love here is simply unconditional…. When both allow their hearts to simply open up to love, to feel the vulnerability for somehow the twin KNOWS you better than you know yourself — after all they ARE your other half … and to let love flow… then they will always find each other again and with it the Halls of Ecstasy, Bliss and Euphoria open up for them….

In the next few years, the twins will be called to come together — whether they wish it or not… as they have committed their souls reunion to assist the Web of Light of this planet to be healed with their union…. They cannot run away from this commitment and in this they simply will find that all obstacles to their union are removed and that they will be reunited and work AS ONE..

Those who have already found their Twin will find that the potency of their union is increasing and as this planet experiences the shift in consciousness the Twins will all be working together AS ONE, albeit unconsciously at times, to heal this planet through their union…. But how do we know? I have always stuck resolutely by my own mantra that, only you can truly know the answer to that. But how do you hurry things along? In my experience the energy pull, which is rather like an electrical chord, works both ways, and the feelings are the same even though as individuals we may express ourselves differently from our twin.

In my clairvoyant experience twin souls are continuously challenged before they can finally reunite. Very often one or both are involved in another karmic deal that has to be seen through to the end. That other relationship in itself can delay the timing of the twin souls reuniting. And for that soul in the waiting room it can be the worst kind of emotional pain. During these times we learn so much about ourselves and we learn about unconditional love.

It is not a question of being a doormat, or putting your own life on hold. People who consult me are very keen to know when they will reunite with their twin. Spirit timing is notoriously difficult to ascertain. This is because spirit time is different from earth time. If you imagine spirit are sitting on the upper deck of a London double decker bus, they can see further up the road than us mere mortals.

A clairvoyant uses their scrying powers to access the Universal energy pool through their crown chakra. In that way they feel know that some events feel more closer than others. The energies surrounding more immediate and closer events have an urgency about them. Those that are a year or two away can be felt, but not in the same way. In terms of twin soul re-connections, all we can tell is that this will happen, but not yet. Sometimes twin souls have a fleeting meeting very early on. In other words, this early meeting may be an indicator that one or both are not picking up the radar signal.

Many years may elapse before the two meet up again. The energies and the feelings are exactly the same. The knowing twin may feel pangs of regret and anger that their other half did not reunite with them sooner. But Universal time is usually accurate.
