The first 10 percent of the book had me confused as there were three unidentified speakers who took turns narrating and I had not a clue what was going on. One of the speakers sounded evil, but who knew!!! I had to go back to the beginning of the book several times to figure out what was going on and how everything fitted together.

Very slow going at first. The pace picked up and the setting was Colonial Williamsburg a favorite , so I continued reading. I enjoyed glimpsing the behind-the-scenes of Colonial Williamsburg. I enjoyed the mystery story. I did NOT enjoy the details of the sex crimes, and think they could have been glossed over without losing the story.

I will not be reading any more of this series. Not as good as Fit To Curve, but pretty good. Wish there was better editing: Sometimes seemed to be extraneous details to pad the writing and other times not enough so confusing. I do like Ellen and Geoff tho. By default, it sorts by the number, or alphabetically if there is no number.

If you want to force a particular order, use the character to divide the number and the descriptor. So, " 0 prequel " sorts by 0 under the label "prequel.
