They are also not all young girls. They are adult women and men, of various shapes and ages. Many switch from top to bottom. I really like these people. They have fun and they like to party.

Please try again later. In the interest of full disclosure, I'll admit I didn't finish this book. I got so bored about halfway through it that I just didn't care to continue. I'm a big fan of books about spanking, but I didn't find this one very erotic at all. I thought the premise about a club where a big group of spankos come together was intriguing, but the book turned out to be anything but.
First of all, everyone in this club is into both giving and receiving spankings and everyone ends up spanking everyone else. That's fine, I guess, if you like that, but it's not for me and it meant that no one really exhibited any particularly dominant or submissive behavior. It seemed to be all about the spanking itself, not about the power exchange that goes with it, and for me, that context is what makes spanking so hot and erotic. Next, the descriptions of spanking scenes seemed almost clinical to me.
It was all so matter-of-factly described, and often moved along so quickly that there was no time to savor any particular scene. We don't get dirty talk, orders and commands, or get to see what's going on inside people's heads. For me, when reading about spanking it's as important to me to know what's going on inside the participants' minds, especially the sub.
I want the anticipation, the mix of excitement and trepidation, the giving and taking of control.
And a little bit of humiliation on the sub's part is hot too, even if she ends up enjoying it overall. These people dove so joyfully into being spanked by anyone and everyone that it really sapped the scenes of any erotic power. The lack of real power exchange and context and internal insight, along with the un-erotic descriptiveness made this book a big disappointment for me.
I still think the scene descriptions were a bit rushed and not that exciting, but I'm sure there are people out there who would enjoy it. But if your tastes run toward the way I've described my own, I'd skip this one. I liked that is was a more playful take on spanking. It was a nice collection of short stories, that all fit together to tell a whole story about the paddle club. One person found this helpful.
